He enjoyed a long career with Bank of the Cascades, culminating in the position of senior vice president and regional manager, where he managed Redmond, Prineville, and Sisters locations. He joined Compass Commercial's Redmond office in 2006 for a two year stint. Barry is now VP and Branch Manager with Columbia River Bank. He holds a BBA in Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Kanner is a communications graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, and has done graduate work in public administration at Portland State University.

Tank’s experience also includes positions at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and she served as a visiting foreign attorney in Brussels, Belgium.
